CannaBuy is an AI-powered deal finder for glass smoking accessories — including bongs, pipes, bubblers, and dab rigs. We help users find the lowest prices at local shops and online retailers.

What Information We Collect

During our pre-launch period, the only information we collect through our signup form is:

Email address — so we can notify you when CannaBuy launches.
IP address — automatically logged when you submit the form, used solely to prevent duplicate or spam signups.
Signup timestamp — the date and time you submitted your email, used for our internal records.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, location, browsing history, or any other personal data during the pre-launch period.

Why We Collect It

We collect your email for one reason: to send you a single notification when CannaBuy officially launches. We collect your IP address for one reason: to prevent the same person from submitting the form multiple times and skewing our signup count.

That's it. We are not building an advertising profile on you. We are not tracking your behavior across the web. We will not contact you with anything other than the launch notification unless you explicitly opt in to further communications.

How We Store Your Data

Your email and signup data is stored in a secure CSV file on our private server. We take the following steps to protect it:

Data is stored on a password-protected, access-controlled server.
We do not store data in third-party databases or public cloud storage without encryption.
Only the CannaBuy team has access to the signup list.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your email address or IP address with any third party, ever.

Do We Share Your Data?

No. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose information by a valid court order, subpoena, or other legal process. In that case, we will comply with applicable law and, where permitted, notify you.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access — You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to deletion — You can request that we permanently delete your email and all associated data from our records at any time.

When CannaBuy fully launches, we may introduce analytics to improve the product. We will update this policy before doing so and notify signups if the change is material.

Children's Privacy

CannaBuy is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that a person under 21 has submitted their information, we will delete it immediately.

By signing up, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that use of smoking accessories is legal in your jurisdiction.

CAN-SPAM & Email Compliance

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. This means:

We will never use deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information.
Every email we send will clearly identify CannaBuy as the sender.
